On Nov. 7th, the FBI received a registered letter from Harold Saive addressed to Director, Robert S. Mueller III. The letter included references to evidence contained in a Richard Gage, AIA video titled: “9/11: BLUEPRINT FOR TRUTH” in which Gage presents PROOF of CONTROLLED DEMOLITION of 3 WTC skyscrapers”…beyond a reasonable doubt”.
The letter was submitted persuant to Title 18 USC § 2382 , “Crimes and Criminal Procedure”, Misprision of Treason. This section applies to officials who have taken an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution. It was expected that USC § 2382 could challenge the FBI to consider the evidence contained in Gage’s presentation as a form of “actionable intelligence”. The penalty to a sworn official who violates “Misprision of Treason” by not reporting evidence can lead to criminal prosecution, a prison term and fine.
On Dec 22, 2008, Saive received a letter of response from the head of FBI’s Counterterrorism Div, – Michael J. Heimbach, thanking Saive for “offering to provide information to the United States Government”. Heimbach goes on to assess Gage’s presentation as “…backed by thorough research and analysis.”
In a stunning breakthrough for the 9/11 Truth movement Richard Gage, AIA employed the scientific method to prove the hypothesis of Controlled Demolition of three skyscrapers is “beyond a reasonable doubt” — with a reply from the FBI acknowledging Gage’s presentation is: “… backed by thorough research and analysis”.
